Audited Supplier This plastic hot washing tank is used for washing dirty PE PP plastic film or bottles, as some of the bottles with oil and glue which are difficult to get rid of and wash out by cold water floating washing tank.
The tank is equipped with the agitating shaft inside keep rotating the material for good washing effect. Chemical reagent such as caustic soda/detergent can be added into the hot washer to help remove glue, oil and other impurities.

Screw loader forcedly loads the plastic PE PP material downside into the bottom of hot washer tank. The material will float on the water as the density is lower than water, and during its floating process, the agitating shaft inside the washer tank will keep rotating and make the flakes be completely washed, The material will stay in hot water for 20-30 minutes and then comes out through the screw loader to next machine.
1. Tank outside with double layer by Rockwool insulation.
2. Heating by electric or steam boiler is available according to customer's request, even gas heating is possible.
3. Rotor shaft is made by seamless steel tube.
4. The machine parts contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
