Description:
* This plastic PP bags granulating machine is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for waste plastic PP bags, PP woven bags,etc.
* The material go through transmission system, extrusion system, cooling system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.
* You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleaness of your material.
* This plastic PP bags granulating machine can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop.
* We also provide plastic crushing washing recycling line to get clean dry flakes from dirty waste material.
* This granulating/pelletizing line can be also customized according to your materials and requirements.
Flowchart:
Agglomerator(optional)→Conveyor/screw loader→Force feeder device→Pre-plastic extruder(with hydraulic screen changer)→Baby extruder(hydraulic screen changer)→Die(mould)→Water tank--strand(noodle) cutting→air blowing storage silo.
Features:
* Automatically working, conveying material, plasticizing, extruding, cooling, drying, cutting, collecting.
* High efficiency, safety control, capacity from 150-800 kg/hr.
* It is equipped with comacting machine which could pre-compact the film into smaller granules, it is easily to feed into screw barrel of extruder.
* It also can improve production capacity and save labour cost.
* It has two vacuum exhuasting mouth on extruder barrel which can fully vent the moisture in the material and hence the final granule quality will be very perfect.
* At the end of screw barrel, it equipped with hydraulic non -stop screen changer which can effetively filt out the dirty in the plastic melt.
* The pelletizing adopts water flush pelletizing which is easier to operate, and the shape and appearance of granule is good.

---- Belt Conveyor: Feeding clean PP bags flakes into compactor(Metal detector is optional.)
---- Compactor: With multi blades crushing and compulsively compress materials into extruder, ensure high efficient and stable production.
---- Single Screw Extruder: Plasticizing material with high temperature and exhausting hot gas.
---- Hydraulic Screen Exchanger: Filtering impurity
---- Die Mold: Materials come out in long strap
---- Water Tank: Cooling the pellets with cold water
---- Air Drying System: Drying the strap
-----Pelletizer Cutter: Cutting the strap into pellets with high speed rotation

Application:
Main Machines:
• Agglomerator - Material is crushed and mixed in the Agglomerator.The agglomerator will cutting and agglomerating raw material and continuously feeding material into the screw.
•Extruder- Crusher material is fully melted in Extruder. You can use one extruder or two extruder for 2 times filtering, use two extruder will do one more time filtering so the output material will be better quality.
• Material separated Die head- Remove air and humidity(design as a material disperser so the material comes out as noddle)
• Screen Changer- Screen Changer keeps from impurities.It is driven by the hydraulic system very fast and non-stop, very convenient for the screen changer.This line is used to granulate/pelletize PP bags to granules/pellets.
• Strand (noodle) Cutting -accoring to your choice
• Pelletizer Cutter, Air Blower, Storage Silo-Granules/pellets are discharged after being cut, cooled, and collected in this system
Packaging & Shipping:
• For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box• For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly
• We can shipping the goods by air or by sea
• We will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording
• We can send cargo to client's warehouse to loading
