PE PP pelletizing/granulating line has two kinds: PE/PP(soft form) film,bags/sacks flakes pelletizing line and PE/PP(rigid form)bottle,bucket,hollow container flakes pelletizing line.They are some different according to their material features.

Description of PE/PP(soft form) film,bags/sacks flakes pelletizing/granulating line:
This line is a one/two stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, which is suitable for many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling and making pellet, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film and clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. It is composed of conveyor, aggolomarator, first extruder; vacuum exhaust system; screen changer; second extruder, screen changer,water ring cutting device, dewater machine, blower and silo.

• Gear box: high-torque design; low- noise; smooth running.
• Special barrel design can assure better compounding effect in order to reduce the problem of black point and chromatism.
• Equipped with a force feeder and hydraulic screen changers according to material's special character, it can get a better capacity and save more power.
• Vacuum or common gas exhaust system, which help getting rid of damp, waste gas, impurity, can ensure a more stable extrusion and more solid pellets.
