This Waste Plastic Pp Pe Hdpe Bottle Chips Recycling Machine Line is used to recycling the waste HDPE PE Bottles and buckets, PP hollow container, ABS rigid plastic and so on.The whole recycling line including the conveyor belt, metal detector, plastic wet
crusher, cold water washing tank, high speed friction washer, centrifugal dryer machine, hot air drying system and label separator
machine, material collecting packing system.
After crushing, washing and drying, the waste dirty rigid plastic will turn to be small clean dry plastic flakes with size range from 10-16mm, we can also make the size reduction as you requirement.

Floating Washing Tank 

Function: Floating washing separate the sand, soil and other dirties
