After crushing and washing, the humidity in the material will be removed by this dewater machine to keep the final moisture content within 3~5%.
When the material is fed into the dewatering machine, the shaft with about 1500 rpm throws the material outwards against the mesh screen. Water will be removed and the material will go to next step.It can also be used for drying the plastic granules in the final step of plastic pelletizing line.

1. High speed rotary speed (nearly 1500RPM) ensure the final moisture <5%.
2. There is blowing system behind the dewater machine to suck the material into silo storage which save energy.
