The waste dirty material go through crushing, washing, drying, and collecting process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizing.

Working Flow

--- Belt conveyor: conveying dirty plastic film or bags into crusher. if there is some scrap metal, metal detector is suggested.
--- T-series crusher: with water, cut plastic film or bags into small size
--- Friction washing loader machine: washing out the sand, soil and loading the material
--- Floating washing tank: washing out the sand, soil and dirty from the material
--- Friction washer loader: load plastic flakes into the next step
