This Waste Plastic Bottles Crushing Washing Machine Pet Recycling Plant is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for recycling waste plastic PET material, such as water bottles, pet sheet, pet containers, etc.
The waste dirty material go through crushing, washing, drying process will turn to be clean flakes for reuse.
We also supply plastic strap production line to make the clean flakes into polyester fiber, pet sheet, pet strap and so on.

Working Flow

--- Belt conveyor: feeding material, If there is some scrap irons, metal detector is suggested.
--- Label separator: remove and separate labels from waste bottles.
--- Sorting belt: sorting out remain labels manually, selecting out different color and Non-PET bottles.

--- S-series crusher: with water, cut plastic bottles into small size.
--- Screw loader: load bottle flakes into the next step.
--- 1^st floating washer tank: washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty.

--- 1^st high speed horizontal friction washer machine: with high speed friction washing out dirty.
--- Hot washer tank: with hot water washing to remove oil, glue and dirty.
--- Screw loader: loading out material with inverter to control speed.
--- 2^nd high speed friction washer dewatering machine: with high speed friction washing out dirty and remove out the chemical water.
--- 2^nd floating washer tank: washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty.

--- 3^rd floating washer tank: washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty.

--- Dewatering machine: remove the dirty and water from the material.

This waste plastic pet bottles crushing washing machine can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop.

De-Baling machine

--Function: Opening the PET bottle bales

--With 4 roller cylinder to feed the bottles equally

Label Remover Machine

--Function:remove the labels from the bottles

--Blade made by alloyed steel for long time use
--Blade is fixed by screw on the rotor easy to adjustable and changeable .

--The barrel is designed with doors opening very easy for opening and maintenance .

--The machine bottom with holes to drain out liquid which contained in the bottles, good for machine lifespan.

Plastic Crusher Machine

--Function: crushing the bottles to PET flakes.

--With water inlet do wet crushing

--Chamber opened by screw motor

--Machine can easily get high output and with water doing wet grinding can extension the blades use life, reduce the dust generation.

--Bearing house is outside of the crusher chamber so no dirty goes inside for longer use.

Floating Washing Tank

--Function: washing the flakes, cleaning out the dirty

-- With the rollers will use less water to take out the caps/rings.

--Rotor shaft made by seamless steel tube

--With drain hole on the bottom of tank
--With the water spraying system

--Tank contact with the material is made of stainless steel

 

Hot Washing Tank

--Function: with hot water washing to remove oil/glue and other dirty from the flakes.

--The tank made with insulation layer to save energy.

--Feeding caustic soda/detergent for washing

--It's better heated by steam, can buy a steam boiler to produce the steam.

--The boiler can heating up by gas/diesel/petrol/LPG

Horizontal Dewatering Machine

--Function: take out dirty and remover water

--With high raotary speed reach up to 1500rpm
--With the roller bearing and fixed outside of the rotor for long use life
--Inside with mesh layer, mesh made by SUS304 with the diameter 3mm
--With water spray system to clean the mesh

Final "Zig-zag" label separator

--Function:Remove the final labels,dust and other mini material from the flakes to guarantee the PVC content.

--Blower can be adjusted by invertor,

--With invertor to control the air flux of blower.

--Zig zag main chamber one set made by stainless steel.

--With double zig zag chamber can get high capacity
