Product Description
This rigid pe hard pp hdpe plastic flakes recycling granulator machine is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for
waste plastic pe/hdpe bottle flakes, pp bottle/barrel flakes, etc.
The material go through feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, cooling system and collecting system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.
You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanness of your raw material.
This rigid pe hard pp hdpe plastic flakes recycling granulator machine can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop.
We can also customize the pelletizing line according to client's material and product requirement.

Single Screw Extruder
Function: Plasticizing material with high temperature.
1. Screw extruder is made by sturdy frame, heavy. No vibrating when machine running.
2. The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.
3. Screw and barrel material: 38CrMoAlA, nitriding treatment which can be used for long lifetime.
Hydraulic Screen Changer
Function: Filtering out the material impurity.
1. Double position board model.
2. Board made by 38CrMnAlA with forging, heating treatment won't deform after heating using.
3. With hydraulic pump station and air accumulator to ensure the screen changing fast.
Die Face Cutting/Water-ring Cutting Machine
Function: Cutting pellets with high speed rotation.
1. Two different types, one is horizontal die-face cutter, another one is vertical die-face cutter.
2. Cutting speed adjusted by inverter. Inverter is adopt famous brand DELTA from Taiwan
3. Die head made by: 38CrMoAlA with nitriding treatment
Vertical Dewatering Machine
Function: Remove out water from the plastic flakes.
1. Rotor and cover made by stainless steel SUS304.
2. Inside rotor is special designed as hexagon with better effect.
3. Machine bottom have one waste water collecting tank with filtering mesh to clean the water before drain.
