The line main machine include plastic crusher machine(300kg/h ,500kg/h washing line ), plastic shredder machine(1000 kg/h washing line ),friction washing machine, hot washing tank ,double cone float washing tank, centrifugal dewatering machine, hot air dryer system, storage silo, electric control panel.
Crusher machine blade made by SKD-II or D-2 (Best blade material ), with water crushing machine, it will pre-washing material
If the material very dirty ,we can use hot washing tank to wash it ,water will be heating by electric or steam .it will remover oil ,glue etc.
Use Double cone float washing tank , material will transfer by roller ,roller use inverter motor to control speed , dirty material will be sink down and drain out on bottom.
After 1500 RPM High speed centrifugal dewatering machine, moisture content roughly 5~8%,use NSK bearing ,we welding pipe on machine inner and use brush to clean screen
After Hot air dryer system ,material will very dryer ,finally moisture content will less than 1%.
