Description:
• This washing machine/line/plant includes conveyor belt,metal detector ,plastic wet crusher,floting washing tank,high speed friction washer,centrifugal dewatering machine drying system and label separating machine,material collecting packing system.
• This washing machine/line/plant is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH. The waste dirty material go through crushing, washing, drying, and collecting process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizing. We also supply plastic pelletizing line (plastic granulator) to make the clean flakes into pellets (granules). The renewable pellets (granules) can be made into plastic barrel, plastic pipe, plastic frame, farm implement, machine components, and so on through extruding forming machine. They are widely used in agriculture, construction, industry and our daily life. In this way, we achieve the reuse of waste plastic recycling and the purpose of protecting our environment..
• This washing machine/line/plant can easily remove sand oil dirties and other impurities, finally you will get clean ideal PE PP flakes.
• All your requirements of plastic PE PP washing machine/line/plant can be customized.
Flowchart:
Conveyor belt → Crusher →friction washer → float washer → dewatering machine → dryer → silo. (If the material is very dirty and oiled, some clients may add hot washer for recycling line.)

Application:
This line is mainly used to recycle waste plastic HDPE/LDPE/PP bottles/buckets/crates/hollow containers and so on.
• Friction washer loader
Wash with high speed to remove the dirty and load out material, high speed with 600 RPM per minute
We have two pieces water pipe, one is weld on mesh screen external which is used to wash PE PP flakes. another one is weld on machine side which is use to wash mesh screen.
• Dry or Wet Crusher Granulator
Specially S-shape rotor for higher output and less power consumption
used to reduce plastic botlesinto flakes final flakes size 16mm or Customized
Packing & Shipping:
1.For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box
2.For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly
3.We can shipping the goods by air or by sea
4.We will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording
5.We can send cargo to client's warehouse to loading
