Product Overview

There are two types of PE/PP hard material die face pelletizing production lines. One is the YDS series single-stage compression die face pelletizing production line. If your material is relatively clean (not dirty), you can use this type; the other is the YSS series double-stage compression die face pelletizing production line. Compared with the single-stage, the double-stage works more stably and produces cleaner and denser pellets. We can also design the layout according to the customer's workshop.

Product Description

Single Screw Extruder

After the material in the extruder is melted, the rotation of the screw and the pressure in the barrel squeeze and shape the melted material toward the extruder head.

Degassing Die Head
