                       Waste plastic PET HDPE bottle perforator machine 
This plastic bottle perforator machine is mainly designed to perforate plastic bottle(such as PET/PP/PE/HDPE/LDPE)and so on, before these bottle go into the baler. 

Features:
 1-After perforation, these plastic bottle can be compacted effectively into bales that are more homogeneous, dense and heavier.
2-The perforated bottles protect bales from the risk of wires snapping due to rising pressure caused by the air bubbles left behind in the compacted material. 
3-With the bottle perforator, the air can escape through the perforation holes. 
4-During the compacting of non-perforated bottles, many still containing their caps, isolated air bubbles remain in the bale.
