Product Description
This pe pp granulator pelletizer rigid flakes pelletizing line is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for waste plastic pe/hdpe bottle flakes, pp bottle/barrel flakes, etc.
The material go through feeding system, extrusion system, cooling system, cutting system and collecting system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.
You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanness of your raw material.
This

Single Screw Extruder
Function: Plasticizing material with high temperature.
1. Screw extruder is made by sturdy frame, heavy. No vibrating when machine running.
2. The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.
3. Screw and barrel material: 38CrMoAlA, nitriding treatment which can be used for long lifetime.
Hydraulic Screen Changer
Function: Filtering out the material impurity.
1. Double position board model.
2. Board made by 38CrMnAlA with forging, heating treatment won't deform after heating using.
3. With hydraulic pump station and air accumulator to ensure the screen changing fast.
Water Cooling Tank
Function: Material comes out in noodels will be cooilng down in this tank
1. Water tank is made by stainless steel
2. With valves control the water level, suggest water chiller machine to use together for water recycle use
3. Bottom with wheels can move up and down, back and forth
Gantry-type pelletizer
Function: With high speed cutting the noodles into small pellet
1. Speed mode: frequency speed control
2. With the fixed blade and rotary balde made complete one set, knife material: alloyed steel
3. Air supplying pressure: 0.4-0.6Mpa, need one set of air compressor to supply the air for it
