Product Description

Crusher Machine

Function: crushing the bottles to PET flakes,with water inlet do wet crushing Chamber opened by screw motor.

Specially designed PET bottle Crusher Machine can easily get high output and with water doing wet griding can extension the blades use life, reduce the dust generation.

Bearing house is outside of the crusher chamber so no dirty goes inside for longer use.

Floating Washing Tank

--The roller is specially made can have more washing for plastic flakes but less water take out
--Bottom with positive and negative screw to push the dirty into the middle for easily drain out by side screw loader
--The washing tank can be made with cover and double layer temperature protection for hot water washing

Horizontal Dewatering Machine

With high raotary speed reach up to 1500rpm with better effect for removing the water
With the famous SKF roller bearing fixed outside for long lifespan
Inside with mesh layer made by SUS304, which is also cleaned by the water spray system

Final "Zig-zag" label separator

The Fine dust separator machine will remove the final labels from the flakes to guarantee the PVC content.

Blower with air flow adjustable,With valve to control the air flux of blower.
