This RIGID PE PP PLASTIC WASHING LINE is used to recycling the waste HDPE/LDPE/PP bottles and buckets, hollow container and so on.
The whole recycling line including the conveyor belt, metal detector, wet crusher, floating washing tank, high speed friction
washer machine, centrifugal dewatering machine, hot air drying system and material collecting packing system.
The waste dirty rigid PE PP bottles/buckets go through crushing, washing, drying, collecting process will turn to be clean flakes for further pelletizing.

We also can customized the line components according to your special requirement.

We have the rigid PE PP bottle bucket washing line with capacity from 300 kg/h to 2000 kg/h for your optional choice.

Plastic Crusher Machine

-With water inlet do wet crushing.
-The rotary and fixed blades inside the crusher are more wider, it will save the blades cost.
-Use the big roller bearing ensure durable use.

Horizontal Dewatering Machine

-Function: Take out dirty and remover water.

-With high rotary speed reach up to 1500 rpm.
-With the roller bearing and fixed outside of the rotor for long use life.
-Inside with mesh layer, mesh made by SUS 304 with the diameter 3 mm.
-With water spray system to clean the mesh.

Hot Air Drying System

-Function: Further drying the bottle flakes with hot air.
-Heating by electricity, with one set of heating box.

-With one set of blower fan to transmit the flakes through the pipe.
-The pipe is made by 304 stainless steel.
-The pipe with bigger and more thickness elbow for longer use.
