Product Description
This plastic woven bag recycling pelletizing production line is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is mainly used for waste plastic PE PP soft material, such as clean HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film flakes, clean PP woven bag, etc.
The material go through transmission system, melting system, cooling system, cutting system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.
You can choose double stage or single stage screw extruder according to the cleanliness of your raw material.
This plastic woven bag recycling pelletizing production line can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to the clients' workshop.
We can also customize the pelletizing line according to client's material and product requirement.

---- Belt Conveyor: Feeding material into compactor. If too much scrap irons, metal detector may be needed.
---- Compactor: With multi blades crushing and compulsively compress the flakes into extruder.
---- Single Screw Extruder (first stage): Plasticizing material with high temperature and exhausting hot gas.
---- Hydraulic Screen Exchanger: Filter material impurity to make production more stable.
---- Single Screw Extruder (second stage): Further plasticizing and filtering material with high temperature.
---- Die Mold: Materials come out in long strap.
---- Water Cooling Tank: Cooling the strap with cold water.
---- Air Drying System: Drying the strap.
---- Pelletizer Cutter: Cutting the strap into pellets with high speed rotation.
---- Vibration Screen: Pick out bad pellets and keep good pellets.
---- Air Blower: Blow pellets into the silo.
---- Storage Silo: Collecting pellets.
---- Control Cabinet: Control the whole line on/off (adopt famous brand such as Schneider, Siemens, etc.)
