Product Description

High Efficienc pet recycling machine

This PET recycling machine is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for waste plastic PET material, such as water bottles, pet sheet, pet containers, etc. The waste dirty material go through crushing, washing, drying process will turn to be clean flakes for reuse. We also supply plastic strap production line to make the clean flakes into pet strap/band for packing carton, wooden case and so on. In this way, we achieve the reuse of waste plastic recycling and the purpose of protecting our environment.
This waste pet recycling machine can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop. 
We can also customize the washing line according to client's material and product requirement.

Working Flow 
--- Bale opener: open the bundled pet bottles and scatter them
--- Belt conveyor: feeding material to next step
--- Trommel: Further scatter the pet bottles to feed evenly into next step and at the same time screen out the sands, soil from the bottles
--- Belt conveyor: feeding material
--- Label separator: remove and separate labels from waste bottles.
--- Sorting belt: sorting out remain labels manually, selecting out different color and Non-PET bottles.
--- Belt conveyor: feeding material, If too much scrap irons, metal detector may be needed.
--- S-series crusher: with water, cut plastic bottle into small size.
--- Screw loader: load bottle flakes into the next step.
--- 1^st floating washer tank: washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty.
