Audited Supplier This waste PET hot washing tank is used for washing dirty PET plastic bottles, as some of the bottles with oil and glue which are difficult to get rid of and wash out by cold water floating washing tank. The tank is equipped with the agitating shaft inside keep rotating the material for good washing effect. Chemical reagent such as caustic soda/detergent can be added into the hot washer to help remove glue, oil and other impurities.

Screw loader loads the PET material from upside into hot washer tank. It will sink down as the density is higher than water , and it would be completely washed by the rotary agitating shaft during its sinking down. The material will stay in hot water for 20-30 minutes and then come out from the bottom through screw loader to next machine.
1. Tank outside with double heating protecting layer by Rockwool insulation.
2. Heating by electric or steam boiler is available according to customer's request, even gas heating is possible.
3. Rotor shaft is made by seamless steel tube.
4. The machine parts contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
• For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box.
• For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly.
