Plastic shredder/shredding machine was main used to shred different kinds of plastic materials, especially very large waste plastic.

The Plastic drum double shaft shredder machine outside have screen, so if the flake size bigger than the screen diameter will be back to shredding again to reduce the flake size. The Efficiency is very high, so can replace the crusher.

 

The materials are feeded  into through feed inlet. With a high speed of rotation, the blade knifes could peel and cut the materials. And then the materials are sent out through high speed steam-flow produced by fan blade in the knife plate.

Used for the thin thickness wall plastic such as the bucket,barrels,creats,pallets,basin,blow molding products and some heavy duty city waste .
