Plastic PET PE PP bottles are all with adhesive labels around the bottles. Most of the labels are PVC labels.
When recycling the waste PET PE PP bottles, we need use label separator to remove the labels before crushing and washing to avoid the bottle flakes be mixed up with PVC labels.
The labels removing rate can reach up to 95%, which will improve the capacity and the quality of final PET PE PP flakes.
The label remover machine is one of the necessary machines in waste plastic bottle recycling washing line.
It can also be used individually for peeling off the labels.

1. Blades made by alloyed steel for durable use.
