This MT-Series large capacity 5000kg/hr PET bottle recycling washing line is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH which is mainly used to recycling the waste PET bottles, water bottles, cola bottles, PET sheet and PET packing containers.
The waste dirty pet bottles go through de-labelling, sorting, crushing, cold washing, hot washing, drying process will turn to be clean PET bottle flakes for reuse.
We can also manufacturing this waste dirty plastic pet washing line components according to your special requirement.

De-Baling machine

--Function :Opening the PET bottle bales

--With 4 roller cylinder to feeding the bottles equally

Trommel Machine

--Function: Loosen the PET Plastic bottles, remove the sand/rock/stone from bottles, feeding out the bottles constantly

--The track and gear made by forging steel strong and heating treatment

--With 2 collecting chutes under the platform where can put a jumbo bag to collecting the material screen out from the Trommel

Label Remover Machine

--Function:remove the labels from the bottles

--Blade made by alloyed steel for long time use
--Blade is fixed by screw on the rotor easy to adjustable and changeable .

--The barrel is designed with doors opening very easy for opening and maintenance .

--The machine bottom with holes to drain out liquid which contained in the bottles, good for machine lifespan.

Manual Sorting Belt

--Function: manually sorting out remain labels, different color and NON-PET bottles

-- Belt speed is adjustable

--With 8 chutes on the platform for the workers to sorting out the waste material

--Put big jumbo bags under the chutes for collecting the waste bottles after sorting out

--Metal detector is suggested to use together for better separating

Plastic Crusher Machine

--Function: crushing the bottles to PET flakes.

--With water inlet do wet crushing

--Chamber opened by screw motor

--Machine can easily get high output and with water doing wet grinding can extension the blades use life, reduce the dust generation.

--Bearing house is outside of the crusher chamber so no dirty goes inside for longer use.

Floating Washing Tank

--Function: washing the flakes, cleaning out the dirty

-- With the rollers will use less water to take out the caps/rings.

--Rotor shaft made by seamless steel tube

--With drain hole on the bottom of tank
--With the water spraying system

--Tank contact with the material is made of stainless steel

Hot Washing Tank

--Function: with hot water washing to remove oil/glue and other dirty from the flakes.

--The tank made with insulation layer to save energy.

--Feeding caustic soda/detergent for washing

--It's better heated by steam, can buy a steam boiler to produce the steam.

--The boiler can heating up by gas/diesel/petrol/LPG

 

Horizontal Dewatering Machine

--Function: take out dirty and remover water

--With high raotary speed reach up to 1500rpm
--With the roller bearing and fixed outside of the rotor for long use life
--Inside with mesh layer, mesh is made by stainless steel with the diameter 2.5mm
--With water spray system to clean the mesh

Hot Air Drying System

--Function: futher drying the bottle flakes with hot air
--Heating by electricity, with one set of heating box

--With one set of blower fan to transmit the flakes through the pipe
--The pipe is made by 304 stainless steel
--The pipe with bigger and more thickness elbow for longer use

Color Sorter Machine

--Function: used to sorting out impurity color flakes

--Sugest to use in the end of line

--With support to connect the whole line to conveying the material

--With two sets of blower, one is used to air conveying the PET flakes to material sorter machine, another is used to conveying the PET flakes to color sorter again
