This plastic bottle flakes pelletizing machine granulator is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for waste plastic PE PP material, such as waste plastic pe/hdpe bottle flakes, pp bottle/barrel flakes, etc.
The material go through feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system and collecting system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.

You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanness of your material.
This plastic bottle flakes pelletizing machine granulator can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop.
We can also customize the pelletizing line according to client's material and product requirement.

Screw loader and Dosing Feeder
Function: used to loading flakes into the dosing feeder

Dosing feeder feeding the quantitive material into the exturder which ensure the exturder stable working

The material is made by SUS 304

Exturder (single stage or double stage)
Function: Melting the bottle flakes with high temperature

The extruder is made by sturdy frame, heavy. No vibrating when machine is running

The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.

Function: Filtering out the dirty from material, with double board exchange working more convenient

Board made by 38CrMnAl with forging, heating treatment won't deform after heating using.
